  • Decide on a date & time for party
  • Create a budget
  • Choose location and make reservations if necessary
  • Decide on a theme
  • Book entertainment if necessary
  • Create guest list and purchase invitations
  • Mail invitations at least 2 1/2 weeks before party
  • Purchase party supplies & activities
  • Plan party games and make a agenda if necessary (not necessary if using our party services, we also include a party agenda for our DIY kits)
  • Create food/grocery list or place order for platters/catering
